Eric Douglass saw a problem. As an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in sports and entertainment, the growing number of dangerous incidents at concerts in recent years was extremely concerning. And Eric saw ineffective safety as the root of these problems.

But Eric is not one to let a problem sit. That’s why he called his good friend Phil Ehart. As a founding member and drummer of the legendary band KANSAS, and now the band’s manager, Phil’s years touring had led him to the same conclusion as Eric.

Phil and Eric set out to disrupt the venue industry by designing formalized training practices for any venue.
