How do I log in for the first time?

After receiving your Welcome email from ShotLink, expect an email from Learn to Win containing your temporary password within 48 hours.

Use your email address and this temporary password to log in. You’ll be prompted to enter your name and create a new password.

What should I do if I don’t receive my initial training email?

Wait 48 hours post-Welcome email. Check your Junk/Clutter/Spam folders and mark any emails from us as “not spam.”

If still missing, use the 'Forgot Password' option after clicking Log In Here. Enter your email to receive a reset link. Follow the screen instructions to access your account.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, click Reset Password Here. Enter your email address to receive a reset link, then follow the instructions provided in the email to set a new password.

Completing the Training

How do I access and complete my training modules?

A. Accessing Training:
After logging in, you'll see your courses organized in folders on the landing page. Start with the "Start Here" folder, then proceed to your specific course folder, which varies by volunteer role. Each course contains Packages (modules) with lessons and quizzes.

B. Completing Training:
Complete all lessons and quizzes within a package. If a package still shows as "in progress" after completion, ensure all related quizzes are done. Exit and re-enter the course to update the completion status.

How and when will I receive my completion certificate?

A certificate will be emailed within 2 minutes post-completion and passing the necessary quizzes. Check your spam folder if not received immediately. It's sent from certificates@learntowin.com with the subject "PGA TOUR ShotLink Completion Certificate."

What if I encounter navigation issues on my mobile device?

If the “Next” or “Finish” buttons are unresponsive, ensure you've viewed all screen content and opened any dropdown menus. Scroll to reveal any hidden information, allowing the buttons to activate.

Can I review the training content after finishing?

You're welcome to revisit any section of the course for review at any time. Your progress is saved, and quiz scores remain unchanged upon retake.

What if I have technical difficulties?

For any issues with the training platform, fill out the including your contact info and details about your volunteer role and tournament.

Miscellaneous

What if I've already previously completed Shotlink training?

If you're a returning Walking Scorer, you'll find the application for Korn Ferry Tour or PGA TOUR Champions events has been updated. Even if you have prior experience, we recommend going through the designated training course again to familiarize yourself with the new features.

For those who’ve completed the training on Learn to Win in the past, your completion status is valid for the current tournament season. However, we encourage refreshing your training with each new season to stay abreast of updates and new technology.

Can two users sharing an email address complete training?

Each volunteer must have a unique email address. Please contact slvolunteertraining@pgatourhq.com and provide them with an additional email address and the name of the associated volunteer.

Can I switch to a different email address for my training?
Dropdown

If you need to change the email address you originally provided, please contact your committee chair and email support@learntowin.zendesk.com to update your records. Be sure to specify the new email address you wish to use for your training.
