How do I login for the first time?
To gain access to Learn to Win, users will need to create a Platform One account. On your CAC enabled device, use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to navigate to: https://login.dso.mil/ to create an account. 

When creating an account, DO NOT input a password. Please TRIPLE check your email address for any typos.
If I am getting an error, what should I do?
If you are getting the error below, you were not part of the initial LOK roster. Please submit an LOK request above. 

If you were part of the original roster or requested the above, there is a 24-72 hour turnaround period.
 
Please check your email address reflects the same as you provided in the roster at https://login.dso.mil or https://login.afwerx.dso.mil/.

What should I do if I don't see my LOK?
If your name was not a part of the initial LOK roster, please complete the form above. Urgent requests will be completed in 24 hours, and non-urgent requests in 72 hours.
What should I do if I haven't received my activation email?
Please email aflcmc.hncx.p1cst@us.af.mil and CC: support@learntowin.com with the following:
  • Username
  • Last 4 digits of your DoD ID
  • Correct email to be associated with the account
