If you’re concerned about regulatory requirements, our platform offers a variety of ways to export sensitive data to an LMS, LRS, or HRIS.
Do I need to replace my LMS to use Learn to Win?
We have clients that use Learn to Win as their primary learning platform, and in many cases, we do replace traditional LMS platforms for frontline teams.

On the other hand, we have a number of customers who prefer to integrate Learn to Win with their existing LMS or HCM. This is another popular option, and our team will work with you to bring together the tools you need to deliver a streamlined experience for your employees.
