During our conversation, Powell recounted Learn To Win’s efforts to help an NFL team with newly-signed, newly-remote rookies overhaul its onboarding experience last spring. “We built a highly active micro-learning experience,” he explained. “Topics that would normally take a coach over an hour to cover in a blackboard lecture were transformed into a self-paced experience for individual players. In parallel, the coaching staff would deploy 15-minute virtual team syncs to make space for clarifying questions and check for understanding.”
