Logging In

This article provides an overview of the Platform One registration process. Click the questions below to expand.
How do I gain access to Learn to Win?
To gain access, you will first need to create a Platform One login account. Platform One acts as an authentication services and provides security to the content hosted on Learn to Win. The process takes ~5 minutes to complete and must be done on computer with access to your CAC.
Where can I sign up for a Platform One account?
You may sign up while using government machines (except in a SCIF) and also while using DesktopAnywhere to access the NIPR Net on personal devices, including while on home network.
How do I create a Platform One account?
This link will direct you to the account registration page. Full instructions for creating a Platform One account are at this link, and if you encounter any trouble in the registration or login process, this article contains common troubleshooting tips.
Can I sign up while in a SCIF?
No, you cannot create an account while in a SCIF.
Can I create an account and access Platform One/Learn To Win via Desktop Anywhere?
Yes! Users are able to create an account and access the training using the Desktop Anywhere interface.
I don’t have a CAC. Can I still access the training?
You will need a CAC to access training on Learn to Win.
I created my Platform One account. What are the next steps?
After you have created your account, you will be able to access Learn to Win through this link.

It is recommended that you bookmark these links or this page for easy access. When logging in, you will always need either your CAC or your Platform One username, password, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code.
What are the device and browser requirements to access Learn to Win?
Learn to Win is not restricted to government devices. It can be accessed from both government and personal computers, as well as mobile devices that have access to an internet browser. If you wish to login through a mobile device, you will utilize the login links and authenticate with username, password, and MFA code.

Chrome is the recommended browser, but Firefox and Edge will work as well.
When is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) required?
MFA is only required during initial account setup if you choose to create a password or when logging in without the use of a CAC.

Completing the Training

This article provides information on completing lessons in Learn to Win.
Once I have logged in, how do I get to my training?
To access your training, click on the folder ‘WING HQ RE-ORGANIZATION / A-STAFF’.

Inside that folder, you will see a package titled ‘WING HQ RE-ORGANIZATION / A-STAFF’. Click this package to find your two (2) lessons:

• Introduction to the Wing A-Staff Construct
• Lesson 1: Why the Wing A-Staff?
After I complete the training, what are the next steps?
Complete each of the two lessons as well as the survey that is linked at the end of "Lesson 1: Why the Wing A-Staff?"

You will receive a certificate of completion upon finishing all items.
How often does this training need to be completed?
This training is a one time requirement. After earning your certificate of completion, you will not need to retake the training.
Am I able to review portions of the training after I am complete?
Yes, you are able to review the lessons in Learn to Win at any time. Click into a lesson to review the content inside.
I am having technical difficulties with the training platform. Who should I contact?
