Overview

Logging In

This article provides an overview of the Platform One registration process. Click the questions below to expand.
How do I gain access to the Learn to Win admin portal?
To gain access, you will first need to create a Platform One login account. Platform One acts as an authentication services and provides security to the content hosted on Learn to Win. The process takes ~5 minutes to complete and must be done on computer with access to your CAC.
Where can I sign up for a Platform One account?
You may sign up while using government machines (except in a SCIF) and also while using DesktopAnywhere to access the NIPR Net on personal devices, including while on home network.
How do I create a Platform One account?
This link will direct you to the account registration page. Full instructions for creating a Platform One account are at this link, and if you encounter any trouble in the registration or login process, this article contains common troubleshooting tips.
Can I sign up while in a SCIF?
No, you cannot create an account while in a SCIF.
Can I create an account and access Platform One/Learn To Win via Desktop Anywhere?
Yes! Users are able to create an account and access the training using the Desktop Anywhere interface.
I created my Platform One account. What are the next steps?
After you have created your account, you will be able to access Learn to Win both as an admin and as a learner. Each role has a unique login link:

• Admin/Instructor
• User/Learner

It is recommended that you bookmark these links or this page for easy access. When logging in, you will always need either your CAC or your Platform One username, password, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code.
What are the device and browser requirements to access Learn to Win?
Learn to Win is not restricted to government devices. It can be accessed from both government and personal computers, as well as mobile devices that have access to an internet browser. If you wish to login through a mobile device, you will utilize the login links and authenticate with username, password, and MFA code.

Chrome is the recommended browser, but Firefox and Edge will work as well.
When is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) required?
MFA is only required during initial account setup if you choose to create a password or when logging in without the use of a CAC.
As an admin, am I able to experience the training from a learner perspective?
Yes, admins also have access to the same portal as a standard learner. Admins may have both applications open simultaneously in different browser tabs if desired.
I’m having issues logging in. How can I troubleshoot?

I have user(s) who have completed the training. How do I swap someone's license?
If you want to swap a license, you will need to delete another user from your Wing or NAF and then add the new user through User Management. Deleting a user still keeps their analytics, and if they are ever re-added, their lesson progress will reappear.

Loading Users

How do I load users?
Users are loaded in the Manage Users tab of Learn to Win.



User can be added in two different ways:
You can add users individually by clicking “Add Members” and typing in their email address, assigning them as a user, and adding them to any appropriate user groups.



Or you can add multiple users at once, through a bulk import, by selecting “Import Roster” after selecting to add new members. You can download Learn to Win’s template file on uploading users. You must upload a roster as a .csv file.

Can I load users in bulk?

What user groups should I list when uploading new users?
Users should be tagged with both their NAF and their wing. When utilizing the bulk import with the .csv template, the user group name needs to match exactly with the spelling and formatting of the name of the user group in Learn to Win. No spaces should be placed between listed groups.

For example, if a user is in the 15 AF NAF and 1 FW Wing, then their user groups in the .csv upload would be listed as:

How do I check to see if someone has already been uploaded in Learn to Win?
You can easily search for a user’s name or email in the Manage Users tab of Learn to Win.

I received a notification during the upload that someone is already uploaded, but I can’t see them in the account. How can this be resolved?
Please fill out a help center request below with the specific emails in question.
What notification do users receive when they are uploaded?
You will manage all communications regarding A-Staff training and user management; no email notifications are configured to send from Learn to Win. You can pre-load your learners into the platform and then send onboarding communication on your desired timeline.

For example onboarding communication language, please contact your Wing Leadership.
How do I add an existing user to a new group?
You can search for the user in the User Management page, click on their information, and select a new user group to add.



You may also navigate into the Manage User Groups page, click into the user group, search for the user, and select to add them to the group.

Once someone is loaded, how do I permission content?
The content is already permissioned to all learners added to the account; there is no action required from you to permission content.

Reviewing Analytics

This article provides an overview of the Learn to Win analytics capabilities.
What analytics am I responsible for tracking?
You will be responsible for tracking completion of lessons of the learners you upload.
What is the required completion date for the training?
Information on due dates will come as local directives.
How do I see who has completed the training?
You are able to Lesson Progress by user group to check who has completed the lessons in your Wing.


I have reviewed the content and have suggestions. Where should I direct my feedback?
You can provide feedback through the survey listed at the end of lesson one. If you have questions or feedback about the training process, contact your Wing-level admins.
